In this episode, Rick and Karman did a retro for the past two weeks. Karman is trying to set things straight so she could get home on time for her family after work. Rick is getting annoyed that someone is dwelling on solving the same problem over and over again instead of moving on to solve bigger things.

In this episode, Karman is still sick and Rick is helping her to unearth another way to approach a cross-functional project. Rick is feeling young again because he's learning statistics and Karman wants more wine.
