Have you observed, women's accomplishments sometimes go unnoticed throughout history and are pushed to the background? One of the press release says, India in 21st century, sees more women in leadership roles but boardroom diversity progressing at a snail’s pace. Both men and women need to set up a holistic framework to encourage the representation of women in key positions across all industries.
