You are going to have many regrets if you keep living for others. When are you going to say NO! When are you going to stop being a people pleaser and start setting boundaries? 2024 is the year to start making your own choices and speaking up for what you want. You can do it.

It's 2024 and this year we are making space to heal, love, feel and grow. For all the times you've wonder what it feels like to be on the other side of pain and suffering, it is now time to get out of your comfort zone and discover what it really feels like to live life. But it won't be an easy journey. You have to break the bad patterns and habits that you've known for as long as you've walked this earth and create new ones so that you can continue walking this earth but in a way you that you feel most alive and your one true self. For that reason alone, we need to get it together.

Healing is a hard process. I share here some tools I’m using on my healing journey.

Healing is about being honest with self. Going there. Sitting in and inviting in what you know to be true. Going inward to the root of what’s not right!
