In this episode, Jackie Kauza, a doctoral candidate at The Ohio State University, unpacks her methods helping students achieve mindful writing in the classroom.

Using this approach, Jackie encourages students to recognize what they do when they write. She also describes how she uses her own mindfulness practices to continuously adapt assignments, allowing students to take these writing skill beyond her classroom.
