Employee training isn't a one-size-fits-all strategy. Making online training engaging for employees requires:
1. Having conversations with them
2. Prioritising accessible training content
3. Using various content formats to meet diverse training needs
4. Making hybrid learning part of your training plan
Chevonnese Whyte shared her thoughts on these four core areas during our discussion.
