Someone Is Always Watching‪!‬ The Work On Purpose Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

This “job” of being a role model is not one to be taken lightly. The power that comes with the ability to influence the thoughts, words and actions of another human being is monumental.
Like the saying goes, “with great power comes great responsibility.”
We cannot assume that because we didn’t ask to be a role model that that means we don’t still have a responsibility to be mindful of those whom we influence.
In this podcast episode, we discuss the importance of our behavior on the impressional eyes watching us and the four characteristics we can implement to be a good role model.
After listening, feel free to send me a note letting me know how this episode has changed how you think about this concept of being a role model, even if you never saw yourself in that light before.
Also, go ahead and send along any issues or topics you'd like me to discuss in future episodes. You can reach me directly at ksue@ksuesweeney.com or at any of the social platforms listed below.
