    What's Your X-Factor?

    What's Your X-Factor?

What is your X-factor? You know that thing about you that makes you special, different, unique. The thing about you that's not like anyone else on planet earth.
It’s interesting, we spend so much time comparing ourselves to others, mimicking those we admire or even envy a tiny bit, not realizing what our own enviable attributes are.
While others may have similar talents or characteristics as you do, no-one else has your life story. No-one else uses their gifts quite like you do.
In this podcast episode, you'll learn what an "X-Factor" is and how to go about finding yours, if you don't already know what it is.
After listening, feel free to send me a note letting me know how this episode has changed how you think about your own uniqueness and what you discovered about your own X-Factor.

    Someone Is Always Watching!

    Someone Is Always Watching!

This “job” of being a role model is not one to be taken lightly. The power that comes with the ability to influence the thoughts, words and actions of another human being is monumental.
Like the saying goes, “with great power comes great responsibility.”
We cannot assume that because we didn’t ask to be a role model that that means we don’t still have a responsibility to be mindful of those whom we influence.
In this podcast episode, we discuss the importance of our behavior on the impressional eyes watching us and the four characteristics we can implement to be a good role model.
After listening, feel free to send me a note letting me know how this episode has changed how you think about this concept of being a role model, even if you never saw yourself in that light before.
Also, go ahead and send along any issues or topics you'd like me to discuss in future episodes. You can reach me directly at ksue@ksuesweeney.com or at any of the social platforms listed below.

    Pass The TEST!

Are you in a seasoning of testing right now? Most people don’t like tests. If you think back to your school days, there was nothing worse than hearing that there was going to be a test in the next class.
The tests we experience in life are no different from the ones in school, as far as it relates to the dread and fear they conjure up.
The next time you find yourself in a season of testing, I encourage you to follow the TEST framework in this episode and apply it to your life.
After listening, feel free to send me a note letting me know how this episode has changed how you view the seasons of testing in your life and your results after appling the TEST framework.

    FEAR

    FEAR

I read somewhere that we're only born with the fear of two things, loud noises and falling. All the other fears we experience in life are psychological, meaning they're imagined fears.
Many people think the opposite of fear is faith.
    It is not.
In fact, fear and faith are both simply your belief about a thing. Faith is belief in something positive and good. And fear is the belief in something negative or bad.
In this podcast episode, we discuss the issue of fear in our lives and the single greatest tool you can use to radically eliminate fear from your life.
After listening, feel free to send me a note letting me know in what areas of your life fear is holding you back and how you plan to use this mighty tool to squash it!
