Dawood moved to Florida upon completing an Honours Degree in Business Administration at the University of Windsor, Canada. At the height of the downturn in the Florida market in 2008, Dawood was presented with an incredible opportunity to team up with a real estate developer to market Florida properties to Canadian investors.  His specialty covers all facets of real estate including luxury resale properties such as condos, homes, estates, and townhouses, ground-up new developments/conversion sales and marketing, site acquisitions, investment sales to assisting in interior design. Deep has been living in Orlando for the last 30 years and has been in real estate since 2005, using his real estate experience and his local expertise in the Orlando market to help Buyers find their next home or commercial investment property. He has had the privilege to work with hundreds of clients from the US, UK, Canada and various other places from around the world.
