There are many benefits to having a growth mindset vs a fixed mindset as defined by Carol Dweck, a Stanford Psychologist who has spent her career exploring the subject. One very interesting finding though, is that simply teaching children about the concept of growth mindset vs fixed mindset had massive implications.
