The Supreme Court has indefinitely blocked Texas from enforcing its controversial immigration law. President Joe Biden voiced "deep concerns" over Israel's plans for a major operation in Rafah during his phone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The EPA says it's banning the last form of asbestos still used in the US. Six former White police officers are set to be sentenced this week for torturing and abusing two Black men last year. And finally, former President Donald Trump clarified what he meant when he said "bloodbath" during a rally on the weekend.

The World Food Programme warns that famine in northern Gaza is "imminent" as an Israeli attack continued on a hospital.
