    In today's episode, I am speaking with Sudhanshu Pal. He started his career at General Motors in India, and later on moved to Shanghai to work for ICONA Design Group.

    In the past six years, ICONA has grown to be a world-leading automotive design company with numerous successful projects in mobility, surroundings and future organizations. Pal works as the Head of Innovation & Technology, responsible for implementing new technologies that can transform urban areas into smart cities that are ready for the future.

    In this conversation, Pal shares his personal story with us. We discuss the importance of thinking about everyday problems when building sustainable innovation.     Rethinking Education with Dr. Samson Tan

    In today's episode I speak with Dr. Samson Tan, head of the Centre for Innovation in Learning at the National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore. The NIE is part of the Nanyang Technological University, the sole education institute for teachers in Singapore.

    Samson graduated with a Doctor of Education from the University of Western Australia in 2007. His research interest is in educational innovation and transformation. Next to his role at NIE, he is a member of several executives boards, and figures as a keynote speaker on Innovation in Learning and Learning Technology.

    Prior to joining the NIE, Samson was involved in the successful SkillsFuture movement of Singapore, which prepares the workforce of the city-state for the future. Here, Samson spearheaded the lifelong learning and workplace learning initiatives.

    In this inspiring conversation, Samson shares his vision on forward thinking education models. These models look at education in radically different ways than our current system, and aim to stimulate those skills in students that are essential for the future. How do these models look like, and what does it mean to create "learner-centric" environments? Why is diversity a key to innovation, and how can it help us in finding what we really like?

    Challenging the Status Quo with Guilhem Vincens

    In today's episode I speak with Guilhem Vincens, Guilhem is an international executive with wide experience in driving change through clarity of vision, collaboration, agility and co-creation. He is passionate about helping businesses to adopt and operationalize technical innovations and new sustainable ways of working, putting the customers' overall experience at the center of projects. He is the Head of Innovation and Change at ABN AMRO where his role is to challenge the status quo, foster innovation, execute digital strategy, and develop partnerships with the Fintech ecosystem. He genuinely believes innovation can make life better for everyone.

    He started his career in Europe focused on project management. In 2015, Guilhem moved to Singapore to focus on change management and innovation.

    In this conversation Guilhem shares with us his trajectory as an innovation manager. He walks us through some of the key elements of a transformation strategy. What does it mean to challenge the status quo? How and why successful transformation ecosystems are all about collaboration, the relevance of data, and what to expect in the Fintech industry.
