    1. Give everyone a little background of who you are, where you live, and the type of racing that you focus on.

    2.     You compete at the highest level in mountain bike racing and maintain a demanding job, how do you balance the two?


    Did you ever think of giving up competing at such a high level to be a weekend warrior and focus on your education/career?

    3.    You are such a number guy, I love seeing all your workouts on Instagram and how they translate to KOM’s or race placings. How have you developed your training regiment over the years, cycling, lifting, etc.

    4.  I know right now you’re probably taking a moment to really enjoy with season of your life but what does the future hold both on and on the bike for you? Next season, a few years down the road?

    1. Give everyone a little background of who you are, where you live, and the type of racing that you focus on.

    2.     This was your first year racing in the elite category!! What is the biggest difference between U23 and Elite? How’re you coping with the transition?

    3.    I remember when I was a JR everyone wanted to be “factory” now you race for the Norco factory team but also the national team for events like world championships, etc. If someone is trying to get to that level what helps them get there outside of riding really fast? Did you have to reach out to a lot of teams, build a relationship early?

    4.     I know so many athletes that tie their performance with their mental health, what do you do to keep centered if something doesn’t go right in training, to relax and recoup, or in a race what do you tell yourself to get back into it?

    1. How do you balance work, training, racing, and sponsors (Also, I’m not sure if people are aware how active you are In church and how much time/effort you spend contributing there)?
