Aside from chatting about Ben's Kenya Experience Camp we touch on the recent news of Zane Robertson's ban from the sport due to testing positive for EPO, Ben's thoughts on some of the latest shoe releases and some comically frustrating Instagram posts comparing cross fit athletes to Jakob Ingebrigtsen 🤦♂️
