Ela'r'oech (sometimes spelled as Ela'r'œch) is an autonomous territorial entity claiming to be a sovereign state, often classified as a micronation by external observers. It consists of a territory in the city of Livingston, Louisiana and is entirely enclaved by the United States of America.
