Welcome to this episode of EPB Podcast, today we are talking about something that I think should be top of mind for any business owners. The need to put in place some form of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Program. I know some of you will say BCP is for only big businesses but I am here to correct that impression. Its important to prepare for strange events or occurences which you have little or no control. Things like natural disasters, cyber attacks, your whatsapp account being hacked, a strategic staff leaving (Key Man Risk), a fire incident, a lockdown occassioned by a pandemic like Coronavirus or even a curfew (imposed by cause of strikes or riots).
I am not trying to be negative, I am just trying to draw your attention to things you should prepare, anticipate and have an action plan for.
