This meditation is inspired by the book Spirit Babies by Walter Makichem.
I created this meditation originally for myself and my husband , and thought why not share it out to the world.
This opens the door to conception and to creating space for something new in your life. I feel its perfect for whenever you whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, or via IUI or IVF or doing adoption or donor eggs.
This to me - is a way to say “hi We love you. We want you in our life. We will keep you safe. We can’t wait to hold you in our arms.”
Bonus is that you get to spend quality time with your partner.
