    Morgan Spurlock passed recently from cancer at a young age. If you're not familiar with who that is, that is the director of the documentary "Super Size Me," where he ate McDonald's food every day for a month. While, we can't say for sure that this caused his untimely death, we can say that sugar causes many health complications such as diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure.



    Today, we're going to look into a few ways that you can reduce the amount of sugar in your diet. We're also going to look at a few hidden sugars and one food that we thought was good for us, but maybe not as good as we might believe.
