    Like many other great entrepreneurs, David's journey begins with a leap of faith. At age 42, David left a lucrative corporate position after getting a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MA in Computer Science to assist in homeschooling his children through high school. But once they received full scholarships to attend college, David pondered what came next.
    After attending a three-day real estate conference out of the blue with his wife, David's life was forever transformed; he was hooked. Real possibilities changed his perspective on his financial situation, and he fell in love with real estate. In order to live independently of the stock market, mutual fund investments, and most importantly, leaving a legacy to his children, David wanted to start making significant profits as a real estate investor.

    David developed a passion for real estate education. He made investments in seminars, conferences, conferences, and more. But he didn't fully see how everything fit together until he learned that we could flip and sell houses. Beginning with a $30K profit on a property, David quickly increased it to $40K, $60K, and $90K, and now consistently makes between $50K and $150K in profit from both wholesaling and rehabbing homes. When David broke the code, his real estate and properties started to work for him.

    David is one of the most sought-after short-sale and rehab gurus in the country due to his broad knowledge and unmatched performance in the areas of buying houses, repairing houses, and selling houses quickly. He changed his direction to become a Short Sale Coach, Rehab Educator, and Real Estate Investor because of this. He has personally experienced the wealth, security, and opportunity that real estate can bring, and we want the same for you.
