2. Let’s go shopping!

3. Submitting an offer.
-What is an offer exactly?
4. Acceptance, celebrating! - Escrow is opened and deposit earnest money, due diligence, inspection. For the inspection, we’d be happy to schedule that for you with an inspector we trust.
