Healing Chronicles of a Depressed Mom podcast trailer. I’m Kayleigh and I am at 33 years old. I have struggled with mental health the majority of my life. In April 2019 I was hospitalized and that became a major turning point in my life. I’m going to use this podcast to tell my story into talk to people about their own story with mental health. My goal here is to help break down the stigma.
