Just Breathe
We are stressed! The election is over and there is unrest. We can only pray. We cannot control the behaviors of others. We have to care for ourselves. Mindful breathing is a great way to get centered and calm ourselves down so we can function at normal. I will tell you how to breathe mindfully and give you a few tips to remember to do it.
