Guido Campigotto started his career in hospitality at a very young age becoming a Restaurant manager at the age of eighteen. He grew fast from there owning seven restaurants, tasted the business of Formula 1 and became a Group General Manager of a hotel group. I always admired his passion and love for the hotel industry which he shared here in this episode with me. From restaurants to managing beach clubs and hotels we covered many topics. I always considered him as a great leader and inspirer.

Szilvia Bata has an extensive experience in luxury five star hotels in the USA and Hungary. I got to know her when I returned to Hungary and I was always very interested in her journey. She is currently the Chief Concierge at Aria Hotel Budapest by Library Collection, which is the number one hotel for many years on TripAdvisor in Budapest and also in Hungary.
