A big part of the University of St. Gallens students belong to GenZ, the generation born between 1997 and 2012. If we belief GenZ experts, this upcoming generation is a highly relevant group because they seem to have very different needs and expectations than previous generations towards work and life.
In the context of the St. Gallen Symposium, the leading platform for cross-generational dialogue we were able to have a chat with one of Switzerland's most renown GenZ experts, Yannick Blättler, to stress test some of these claims.
