The arousing shenanigans of procreation actually requires the man to have "pleasure in the process" in order for it to be successful; it's mandatory.  But this is not the same for women. So, on the one hand, its completely possible that women are having ZERO pleasure during sex while still successful with the reproductive process.  They consistently experience "success without pleasure."
