    Dr. Ahmad Yusuf is a co-founder of IMARET, a relief project under the Islamic Medical Association of Malaysia. The team has been active and hands-on during the pandemic procuring and distributing Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and essential supplies to healthcare workers. Dr. Yusuf is a firm believer of free healthcare for all and shares with us IMARET’s journey so far and where Malaysia stands in its handling of the COVID-19 outbreak.

    Nicol David made a legacy as the first Malaysian squash player taking the gold medal for nearly 10 years consecutively when she was just 14 years old. The Malaysian people's champion, since her announcement to retire from global squash competitions, has been busy lately making inroads to bring the racquet sport closer to the youth of the nation.  David was also appointed as a UN National Goodwill Ambassador and is en route to launching her foundation to empower the younger generation, particularly girls, to get access to, compete in and simply have fun in playing squash.
