We are all given the same 24 hours in a day. We must learn to value time, prioritize and not allow ourselves to just go through the motions each day. Time is something we cannot buy back, once the day is gone, we cannot buy it back. Create a to do list to help with the proper time management.

In order to become a good listener, you must stop listening to respond but instead listen to understand. You must know the difference between listening vs hearing. Four factors that cause us not to listen: self-absorption, ‘know it all’ attitude, distractions, and overestimating our listening skills.
