Pastor Dean, a follower of Jesus Christ who seeks to make Him known to those who do not yet know Him, and to make Him better known to those who do. God is love and His mercy is still freely available, though we humans are now living in the last days of earth's sojourn under sin. How important then that you who desire eternal life should be living according to the love of God and the faith of Jesus. My purpose is to help you better understand what it means to live under grace while preparing to meet Jesus when He comes again.

Relationship & Prayer, Part 2
It is written in the book of Acts, “And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.”
Where did this boldness come from? To speak the word of God… with boldness! And how many of the first Christians did this? How many spoke the word of God with boldness? The Bible says, “Then they ALL…” How many of them? All of them! They were all filled with the Holy Spirit! They all spoke the word of God with boldness!

What is it about prayer that makes it most effective? Notice what picture is portrayed from these verses found in Acts chapter 2:
“Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” (verses 41 & 42)
“So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” (verses 46 & 47) -
The Temporary vs. The Eternal
A sermon that I preached on June 26, 2021...
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
"For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,
"while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16–18 (NKJV) -
Godly Mothers & God's Purpose--A Mother's Day Sermon 2021
For Mother's Day--Do you need a boost, mothers to encourage you as you raise your children to be Christians? Well, let me talk to you about Mary, the mother of Jesus. But I would like to start with a scripture which is the last time her name is mentioned in the Bible. Acts 1:14--"These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.”
What’s going on here? We find that after the resurrection of Jesus, His mother and His brothers are with the church. Praying together in the upper room, waiting for the promise of the Father, waiting for the Holy Spirit to be poured out on them. Mary is with them because she too, is a disciple. She is a follower of Jesus. She was also His mother. And she was a follower of Jesus... She was also a disciple. This sermon will draw you closer to God and help you to influence your children to follow Jesus.
I am calling this Season 1, for the year 2021, my first season to produce here, and episode 18-3. 18-3 means the 18th sermon of 2021 dash 3 means the 3rd sermon of a trilogy of sermons that I put together relating to children and raising children. I will post later episodes 1 & 2 of this trilogy ("What About the Children?" and "Teaching Children to Receive Jesus"). Stay tuned... -
