Jigsaw Meet MHS Live
This week on MHS Live Shauna and Jessie are joined by two youth volunteers with Jigsaw, Jess and Dean. Jigsaw is a free service for mental health in Ireland for young people aged between 12 and 25. Jess and Dean chat about their roles, Jigsaw itself and about how they’ve been minding their mental health in quarantine amongst much more!
