Über diese Fragen kommen junge Erwachsene mit interessanten Persönlichkeiten aus der Gemeinschaft des Lutherischen Weltbundes im Podcast ins Gespräch.
Der Podcast ist eine Produktion des Jugendausschusses in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutschen Nationalkomitee des LWB.

They speak about the election, topics for the term of office, and Isabella's youth leadership in her home church, the Evangelical Church of the Lutheran Confession in Brazil.

Lena Nickels talks with Celly Manirakoze and Boy Situmorang about the three priorities that the youth decided on during the Youth Pre-Assembly in Wisla Malinka and presented at the LWF Assembly in Krakow this September. They emphasize how important youth leadership and intergenerational justice are and what they actually imply. Another priority is inclusive churches – in regard of languages and disabilities.

Wiebke Zimmermann talks with Panti Filibus Musa, Archbishop of The Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria and President of the LWF. With the LWF Assembly in Krakow, his term as LWF President ends. It's an excellent time to look back and look ahead. The commemoration of the Reformation, changes brought by Covid and a growing sense of fellowship under challenging times marked his presidency. Looking ahead to the Assembly, President Musa tells us what he's looking forward to most.

Rebecca Treimer talks with Marta Zachraj-Mikołajczyk and Paweł Mikołajczyk about the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland. They introduce listeners to their church and some current developments in it. Since the church will host the assembly of the Lutheran World Federation next month Assembly one of the exciting tasks at the moment is how to welcome members of the LWF from all around the world. Marta and Paweł also talk about their pastoral work for more equality and inclusiveness in Poland and their church.

In dieser etwas länger als üblichen Sonderausgabe von „Mit Leib und Seele“ unterhält sich Tim Götz mit ehemaligen Jugenddelegierten früherer Vollversammlungen des Lutherischen Weltbundes. Sie blicken zurück auf ihre jeweiligen Erfahrungen in Winnipeg (2003), Stuttgart (2010) und Windhuk (2017). Wie war es damals als Jugenddelegierte teilzunehmen? Was hat sich über die Zeit verändert, welche Themen sind gleichgeblieben? Und schließlich geht es auch um die Frage, welche persönlichen Erlebnisse im Rückblick besonders in Erinnerung geblieben sind.
