Myanmar Perspectives Alfred Kyaw Zin

In today's episode, we asked our guest speaker to share about his perspectives regarding what Myanmar is going through and as a Myanmar citizen, what he expects the international community to help save our cause. We explore the significance of each events happening in Myanmar and at the same time, reinterate what Myanmar people want out of this crisis and what the international community is doing. 

In this episode, we venture through the constitutional complications behind the military takeover by the country and how the military justifies themselves using the constitution to their advantage. We discussed with two fellow seniors about their perspectives and why the takeover may not be as constitutional as they think. The first episode is our introduction to the podcast where the host Htet Myet Min Htun and speaker Aung Kyaw Zin tells you the brief history of Myanmar and how military is tied together with politics. Today, we explore the perceptions towards Myanmar Military and how it changes over the years. We also shared what are some constitutional restrictions during 2015 election briefly.
