Mathias Ekornås og Fredrikke Marie Trana prøvde å gå Franskeruta på Mjelvasteinen såpass mange ganger at de ville oppnå like mange høydemeter som den faktiske Franskeruta i Trollveggen, dvs 120 ganger. Hvordan gikk det?

Helene Draborg (27) is a trail runner, OCR athlete and environmental engeneer from Denmark. Last weekend she won the 33km race at Hammer Trail on Bornholm island in Denmark. This race was part of the 2023 Golden Trail National Series - Nordics, which consists of 8 races spread around in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. The fastest runners will get a so called golden ticket to come to the final race, Fyri Trail, in Norway in September. Here the top three runners will get a sponsored trip from Salomon to the grand international World final in Italy in October.

Jonatan (30) er en tidligere friidrettsutøver og orienteringsløper fra Göteborg med noen saftige personlige rekorder å vise til. Med sin idrettsbakgrunn er det ingen overraskelse at han gjør det bra på trailløp. 
Forrige helg vant han nemlig Hammer Trail 33km, og med det fikk han en såkalt Golden Ticket, som gjør at han kan komme til Fyri Trail i Hemsedal i September og løpe finalen i GTNSN. Om han kommer på pallen der vil han få reise til Italia og løpe den internasjonale finalen i oktober - på Salomon sin regning.

Jakob Vestergaard is one of the organisers of the legendary Hammer Trail – a trail race on Bornholm island in Denmark.  Hammer trail offers a series of distances with a wide range of categories; 1km kids race, 8km and 25km walking/hiking, 8km, 17km, 25km 33km, 50km and 50 miles.
