Overview
Jack, a businessman and a main character of this book, rushes to a meeting before he has an accident and ends up in Chicago River. To his shock, he found himself in 1947 after being pulled out from a cold river by a seemingly small local entrepreneur named Theodore Whitman - “Ted”.

Chapter 2 - 1947
Confused and shocked, Jack tries to convince Ted he lives in 2013, and he somehow teleported from the future to 1947. When a policeman asked Jack where he lives, Jack lies he’s in town on business.

Chapter 3 - The Truck
Ted offers Jack a ride. They get to know each other, and Jack convinces him he lives in the future. Ted suggests stopping to a nearby Coffee Shop to grab coffee and donuts.

Chapter 4 - Donuts and Coffee
To Jack’s surprise coffee and donuts tasted great. Ted introduces Flo, a Coffee Shop owner, who fills Jack in a bit more about Ted and his business. Jack shares his thoughts on getting out of the management business, and doing a one-man operation.

Chapter 5 - Know Your Story
After they left the Coffee Shop, Ted reassures Jack on Flo’s advice - he can decide on his future by looking at the path he took to get to where he is now. Ted gifts a leather journal to Jack which will help him with writing down problems he’s trying to solve.

Chapter 6 - Never Be Satisfied
Struggling with comprehending the new reality, Jack welcomes the experience and meets people Ted introduces to him. Jack receives an advice from an Asian couple from the fish market - Never be satisfied. Always look for better way, better system, better result. When you always look for better, life always get better.
