Currently serve as its Director and oversee the application process, institutional collaborations, and fieldwork coordination for Fellows. Work on topics ranging from gender and sexuality to contemporary takes on miniature art.

Divya Dureja is a 3 times TEDx Speaker with a nuanced body of work in poetry film and performance, seminars and training on mental wellness, women and queer issues across different countries. Simran Rawat is the co-founder and Trustee of A Cry for Help Foundation, a charitable trust working in the area of adolescent mental health. She is currently a 3rd year Journalism student at LSR, passionate about all things creative. She is the Regional Leader- India for clubs under the UN Foundation Girl Up campaign. She is also a TedX speaker and has received coverage for her social work in several publications like the Times of India, Femina and Hindustan Times.

Pallavi Mahajan is the India representative of the Globle Goodwill Ambassador to carry forward women empowerment in 192 countries and team leader for UN Volunteers.  A gender advocate working for Economic independence and social visibility of genders, she co-founded an intersectionalist feminist NGO called 'The Azaad Initiative' which recently received UN Volunteer Status. 

As a '2019- UN Gender Fellow', she has worked closely with the marginalized gender community in India on diversity and inclusion in workplace through policy and activism. 

Pallavi recently receivedthe coveted Chevening Scholarship to begin her masters in gender and development at IDS, University of Sussex 2020 .

Tanya Kathpal transformed her passion for news reading to find a community-driven platform called Eat My News with more than 3000 members across the world. Eat My News was born with a vision that one day every person in this world will be positively inspired, informed, and intelligent. Under her leadership, Eat My News has hosted 10 Youth Leadership Conferences. She believes in the power of messages and how one message can change a life. She is a two time TEDx speaker and has been invited to 50+ premier institutions across the country as a guest speaker/lecturer.

Anannya is a social entrepreneur who specializes in gender equality. A two time vice president at AIESEC in Chennai. She founded inner goddess at the age of 20. Her other initiatives include big sister program which is a mentorship program for underprivileged girls.  Anannya was the Indian delegate of the 2018 girls 20 summit at Munich Germany. She is currently a sexual and reproductive health & rights fellow at the YP foundation.
