Tour Catch-Up: Serena returns, Medvedev rages & Berrettini defends Queen's Tennis Weekly

    • テニス

In the latest episode of Tennis Weekly, Joel and Kim roundup the past week on grass, which saw Matteo Berrettini successfully defend his Queen’s Club Title, Beatriz Haddad Maia making it two titles from two on the grass and Serena Williams announce her return to the game in time for SW19.

With Hubert Hurkacz putting himself forward as a contender for Wimbledon with victory in Halle, and another title for Ons Jabeur in the build up to a Slam, things are hotting up nicely for The Championships just around the corner.

Joel and Kim assess the varying fortunes of British players so far on grass, debate who should open the Ladies Singles at Wimbledon in Barty’s absence, and reflect on the dangers of an unseeded Nick Kyrgios in the draw next week.

Kim also tests Joel with a new Mysterious Player (niche knowledge required!) and they also discuss news from the US Open that Russians WILL be allowed to play.
