It's been months but the Two Men on the Run are back (and hoping to keep to some level of release schedule).

Episode 44: Louis Leung - Nutrition, Physiology and Testing Jon-Jo
This week on the Two Men on the Run podcast the men are joined by Louis Leung the man who's been putting Jon-Jo through his paces, from lactate testing to VO2 Max test and rigid nutrition guides, but has Jon-Jo been sticking to them?
Louis is a current MSc Sport Nutrition Student at Liverpool John Moores University. After conducting a study, which you'll learn more about on the show, he joins the Two Men on the Run to discuss all their nutrition questions, tell Matt he's wrong about most of his nutritional planning, which Jon-Jo enjoys considerably and if you stay tuned all the way to the very end he'll also reveal how you get milk from a nut?!! -
Episode 45: The one where Running is actually discussed
The Two Men on the Run are back and this week they actually spend the majority of the podcast, actually talking about running, from their own training and racing, or lack of in Matt's case, to the structure of athletics and how it might bring in more viewers and competitive athletics if it could stop getting in its own way.
