This episode features Chelsie Jensen and McKenzie Wilson who work in Carbon County. They share their experiences together, including all the challenges and joys of working in a rural community.  

This episode we have the privilege of hearing from our current UOTA President, Brenda Lyman. She discusses her journey to becoming an OT and the UOTA President. She also gives some great pointers for those who are planning on moving from the clinical setting into academia. In addition, the history of UOTA is briefly discussed and the current positions within the association. This one is a good one (like they all are). 

Have you been wondering about what the interstate licensure compact is all about? Wonder no longer! In this episode, Cortney Roberts from the UOTA Government Affairs Committees explains what the compact is, it's pros and cons, and gives an idea of what the future might hold for Utah occupational therapists.
