Whistleblower David McBride to be sentenced RN Breakfast - Separate stories podcast

Former military lawyer David McBride will know today if - and indeed for how long - he will go to jail, when a Supreme Court judge in Canberra sentences him for leaking classified information to the media. 

David McBride's solicitor Mark Davis says whistleblower protections have "turned into a fantasy". McBride is expected to appeal if, he's sent to prison.
