At some point in time, all of us have dreamt of having a perfect body.



You might not be a gym rat this time or anymore but you surely once tried working out.



If you are in need of workout motivation, let me share some of those interesting facts that will truly inspire you.




Music. Music improves workout performance

They said that listening to music while exercising can improve workout performance by a certain percent.




Working out enhances brain performance and sharpens your memory

Studies show that cardiovascular exercise helps create new brain cells. This enhances brainpower and brain activity  that are responsible for learning and memory




It burns calories!

Carleton athletics stated to one of their blogs that if you run at a 10 minute per mile pace, you can burn 104.3 calories per mile.

Exercise prevents signs of aging

You don't want to look old, do you?

If you exercise 3 times a week for 45 minutes, you can help prevent signs of aging in the long run.




You get sick less often

Exercising regularly helps boost your immune system. This means you’ll get sick less often than people who don’t exercise.

Science said that exercise increases the number of endorphins that are released into your body and increases productivity.




Working out can improve the look of your skin

Sweat releases dirt through your pores, which reduces acne and breakouts. Workouts improve the overall look of your skin.




Boosting self-confidence

Exercising can help ease your mind and rejuvenate your body. Working out will make you feel great and boost your confidence.




Sleep better

Are you having trouble sleeping or staying asleep? Then working out is your answer. Exercise helps to clear your head and helps you feel relaxed.
