More tailored episode notes

Hi Mary, I have been an avid follower of your show for the past 2 years now. This has really transformed my life and given me a more mindful and clear approach in life. As I continue enjoying your podcast I would like to request if you could tailor the episode show notes to reflect on the technique of the day e.g mudra, chakra, visualization, breathing technique or even affirmation. Often times when I want to repeat a particular show, it becomes difficult to trace it in the episodes as the notes are just generic. Please consider. Thank you

Thank you Mary

Mary, if only a quarter of the world knew how to meditate the world would be more peaceful. I appreciate all your daily mediations. To be honest I never knew what meditation is but Mary you have taught me how to put myself together. It’s calming and I have discovered so much about myself in a way I never thought I could.

Thank you Mary: I am so worth slowing down for.
