Reducing Negative Thoughts is as Easy as ABC - Sleep Meditation
This is a soothing, easing sleep meditation with a progressive relaxation and Elman technique (used in hypnotherapy to help you sink deeper into a relaxed state?
Also, as in a few previous meditations on this channel, I encourage a gentle reminder of the ABC technique, which helps to stop the flow of negative, anxious thinking in their tracks... A, becoming Aware of your thoughts. B, Breathing deeply to interrupt the flow of those thoughts, and C, to Change the thought-pathway to something more friendly loving and calming.
