Today we are going to complete 1000 walking steps in five simple moves which is 200 steps each of soft marching,high keens,side steps on left with hand movement going up n down,side steps to right again with same hand movements and last 200 steps high knees again.We will complete 1000 walking steps on the spot in ten mins.or less depending on individual.
