Jimmy Whatley came into the podcast to give some amazing information and testimony during his time with Griffin Co. and his involvement in vertically integrating the company. They completely overhauled their vision, and implemented strategic planning to take the business from buying products from Monsanto, and distributing that product.. To becoming a basic manufacturer to compete with them!
Basic manufacturing was a major shift that took them almost 5 years to incorporate, and the change affected every aspect of the company. They lost most of their sales force, and slowly hired and trained new ones.

Josh has helped a couple businesses increase cash flow over the years, and has taken on the task of increasing a business from $20 million to $50 million. This is a tremendous assignment, and is no small feat, but his face doesn't show it! We will be following up in the coming months to check on his progress, but in the meantime, enjoy!
