The church of Christ at Fairview Park is a group of Christians committed to following just the Bible in all that we say and do. Our goal is to be a local church like those found in the pages of the New Testament. Our collective worship and work reflect this focus.
Our weekly uploads are Bible lessons presented by Fairview Evangelists. We invite you to study the Bible with us.
Like those found in the pages of the New Testament, the Fairview Park church is completely independent of all other churches. The elders have authority over this congregation (Heb 13:7, 17; 1 Pet 5:1-4) and they answer only to Jesus – not any other church or body.
We would love for you to join us for worship. If you have any questions about what we do or concerns about whether we are following the New Testament, we sincerely encourage you to contact us.

Be Doers of the Word
James 1:19-27. A common challenge for those who know the Bible well is living what we know. In his writings to the twelve tribes, James admonishes them to be not just "hearers" but to "be doers of the word."
This study by Evangelist Jacob Holman examines this admonition of James and then considers three practical proofs that we are doers, and not hearers, today. -
Building on Our Hope
1 Thessalonians 4-5. As we end our study of the book of 1 Thessalonians, Paul has been talking about growing in love, holiness, and hope.
In this study, Evangelist Gavin Williams seeks to answer the questions "What is hope?" and "How does hope impact my daily life?" -
Three Costs of Discipleship
Luke 14:25-35. A fundamental reality in life is that nothing comes for free. There is a cost. Whether it is time, money, or energy, there is always a cost involved.
This study by Evangelist Jacob Holman examines the words of Jesus in Luke 14, focusing on the three costs of being a disciple of His. -
Growing Together: Seeing God's Grace
Titus 2-3. Passages in the New Testament teach us that we are supposed to grow in grace, so much so that others can see the grace of God working in us. But what does that grace look like in our lives?
In this study, Evangelist Gavin Williams looks to Paul's words to Titus to see the practicality of grace. -
Great Prayers of the Bible
Of all the blessings God gives us, prayer is among the greatest. Yet, we often feel inadequate when we pray.
In this study, Evangelist Jacob Holman looks at two of the many great prayers in Scripture to help better equip us as we pray. -
Why Do You Delay
Acts 22:12-16. Luke records that Ananias asked Saul a question before he was baptized into Christ. The question was, "Why do you delay?"
In this study, Evangelist Jacob Holman looks into the important question of "delaying" and three common answers people give. We also consider what the Scriptures say regarding those answers.
