Being amazed by his ability to sit in the room with subject matter experts like CTOs and CIOs, he continued his career recruiting talent at some of the top tech companies in New York.

After 5 years in recruiting, both in NYC and LA, Kim joined WeWork where she was able to build out the tech recruiting function from the ground up. Getting used to being uncomfortable was key to her being successful. Kim heavily credits a teamwork mentality and strong leadership to her success of being part of a recruitment team that hired 10,000 people in less than 2 years, including 1,000 engineers.
