So when you were young, what did you wanna be when you grew up? Every kid gets asked this question and rarely has any trouble answering it, but if you ask a lot of adolescents and young adults what they want to do in life, not everyone is so quick to respond. There's a lot of pressure these days to pick a career and stick with it. In 2015, one in five Australian first year uni students didn't go on to complete second year of their chosen course, so there's seemingly a lot of apprehension when it comes to choosing a career.
By chatting to guests about what they wanted to be when they were a little kid, and seeing how this relates to their actual professional pathway, we're going to get an insight into some of the tangibles of how people ended up where they are as well as a few observations on their chosen industry.
