Stephanie has been a military spouse for more than 28 years! As she became a more “seasoned spouse” she knew that she wanted to help new spouses. Making sure that new spouses feel connected and giving them advice to set them up for success! We mostly talked about making new friends and finances! We enjoyed talking with Stephanie and we also want every spouse who might feel like the military life is too difficult sometimes to know that you are never alone!

Sometimes spouses are stranded without their Air Force community, sometimes it’s hard to find your place, and sometimes it’s hard to feel like you’re more than “just a spouse” or “just a stay at home mom”. We had so much fun talking about how she ended up finding powerlifting and working towards holding state records!!! Every spouse needs a friend like Jessica! :)
