Today I had the special honor of speaking with Mauricio Ramos, managing member of Demidici group, a real estate investment firm with 135 doors and 9M AUM with the majority of properties being in San Antonio and McAllen Texas.
In this episode, Mauricio shares his experience starting in real estate through mobile home investing to wholesaling single family and then eventually finding success through multifamily wholesaling. Mauricio shares how he has been able to whole sale multifamily units for six figures and what has allowed him to scale his investment portfolio by finding great off market deals.

Today I had the honor of speaking with Eric Upchurch, an Army Special Operations veteran, senior managing partner at ADPI Capital, and the co-founder of Active Duty Passive Income, an education platform that helps teach military members how to create long term wealth through real estate.
Eric currently has 571 units, and $62M of AUM with properties located in Indianapolis, Louisville, Atlanta, and San Antonio.
