#345 - How to get your money back from Amazon lost inventory

If you're not on top of your FBA shipments, some units may go missing because Amazon occasionally loses inventory. In this episode, I discuss how you can get reimbursed for lost inventory. Amazon won't automatically compensate you for missing items—you have to request reimbursement. However, it’s not as simple as sending a message. You need to provide documentation and shipping invoices to prove the inventory is missing. While the process can be tricky and time-consuming, I share valuable tips to navigate it successfully.

Some are unsure it’s working Questions answered on today's call: I have products that are not selling as well as expected. But to provide customers more options, it is okay to still leave these products available on my amazon storefront but not run PPC on them? In your 30 minutes a day that you spend on your Amazon brand, what is it exactly that you do and are looking out for? Can you explain what your agency does when you manage SEO + PPC? We’re very interested but just trying to understand more of what all goes into it! How do we protect ourselves by ensuring our Chinese suppliers sign an NNN agreement earlier on in the process of getting samples? I wanted to make sure there was not a rule when it came to placing the labels on your items. My manufacturer has created one large label which includes necessary information such as item number, made in China, my UPC barcode. They also have right underneath that they have the Amazon barcode and SKU number. Is there any rule that this has to be two separate labels? ⬇️ Click to view my available resources! https://andyisom.com/ Some products and resources mentioned in this episode may no longer be offered. #343 - It’s easier to appeal to a specific someone than to everyone

Just because a market is saturated doesn't mean you can't be successful. Success comes from differentiating yourself—being special, better, and resonating deeply with a specific audience. This process begins with identifying your ideal customer avatar, which involves understanding the unique needs, preferences, and pain points of your target audience. By tailoring your products, services, and marketing strategies to this well-defined group, you can create a compelling value proposition that sets you apart from the competition.
In this episode, I talk about the benefits of niching down and why it's important to do it if you want to be successful in 2024. I also share examples of brands that did a great job with niching down. Learn how focusing on a niche can help you stand out and thrive in a crowded market.
