Business School Refreshers and Soft Skills Development: Supercharge your business knowledge and soft skills to let your best you shine
Business school teaches us a lot, and assumes we have the soft skills to successfully apply what we learned. However, for many of us, our kindergarten teacher was the last educator interested in enhancing our soft skills.
This podcast is designed to provide business school concept refreshers, and discuss a related soft skill. Why? First, we can all use a refresher on business school concepts, there is a lot tossed at you in a short period of time. Second, you may be brilliant at your job, but lack the soft skills to achieve your career aspirations. No one should be thwarted by their lack of soft skills.
I use my experience teaching soft skills in the corporate environment, and my management doctorate to help you retain what you learned in business school and supercharge your soft skills. If you are interested in professional coaching, I am also a certified coach. Contact me at www.fitwithwork.com for more information.

Business Concept: Hubris Soft Skill: Self-enhancing
This week our business school concept is hubris, and our related soft skill is how to successfully and effectively self-enhance (without sounding egotistical or conceited). I've designed this podcast for a wide range of individuals. There are multiple business situations in which we may be motivated to self-enhance such as during job interviews, when working on a team or even when you are pitching a new idea to your manager or supervisor. It is important to be able to relay your talents, skills, and abilities accurately and effectively - and there can be negative consequences when we are unable to do this.
