Day-to-day, week-to-week Sal could be doing anything from recipe development, food styling, menu creation, exhibitions, and cooking demonstrations. It's safe to say that she absolutely loves the diversity of her job and the freedom it offers, to work anywhere in the world. Sal’s appetite for food extends into her social life; she loves entertaining friends and family and exploring up-and-coming restaurants/bars around the country. With all this food and drink being consumed Sal likes to [needs to!] stay active: skiing, cold water swimming, spinning, and paddle boarding – however, she hasn’t quite mastered not falling off the paddleboard, yet!
